WinApp shows "Could not connect to the web server. Server may be temporarily down or is unavailable."

If you see this message, there could be few reasons:

 

A. The web server is down and you may want to try again at another time.

 

B. Check the WinApp HTTPS setting and enable TLS .  Here is what you will want to do:

    1. Click the "Menu" on the WinApp and access the "Settings"
    2. Continue to the "HTTPS" tab and make sure the "TLS" is checked
    3. Apply the changes and try to load the URL again

 

NOTE: If you do not see the HTTPS tab or if WinApp still does not load the URL, download a new WinApp from the client area and install the newly downloaded WinApp version.
