If you see this message, there could be few reasons:
A. The web server is down and you may want to try again at another time.
B. Check the WinApp HTTPS setting and enable TLS . Here is what you will want to do:
NOTE: If you do not see the HTTPS tab or if WinApp still does not load the URL, download a new WinApp from the client area and install the newly downloaded WinApp version.
