Shared department canned responses

To create canned responses that is shared for all operators of the same department, you will need to create the canned response as the Setup Admin.  Here is what you will want to do:


  1. Login to your PHP Live! system as the Setup Admin
  2. Click the top menu "Departments"
  3. For each department created, select the "Canned Messages" option to create the department wide canned response.
  4. Done!
