Mobile Related Update
For fetch_direct.php, if the department ID and operator ID is provided, the system will always route to the set department ID even if the department is offline. Previously, the system attempted to route the chat to the first available online department, resulting in a different department at the "Leave a Message" screen.
The "is typing" indicator icon improvement in few areas to limit icon being "stuck" in the typing state.
Interface update in few areas.
