Creation of custom language pack is possible with the Download solution because all the files are downloaded and can be modified.  For On Demand clients, please email info@phplivesupport.com for more information.

To display different chat request greeting messages ("Welcome to our Live Chat") for different departments:

1. Follow the steps to create a new language pack
2. Login to your PHP Live! Setup Admin area
3. Click the top menu "Departments"
4. Edit the department and update the language to the language file that was created
5. Save settings
6. Next, click the top menu "Interface"
7. Proceed to the "Language Text" sub menu
8. From the language drop down menu, select the new language file that was created
9. Update the texts, save settings
10. Done!
