"Duplicate Login" continues to display after trying to login as chat operator

Typically, this is reported after upgrading your PHP Live! system to the latest version and then trying to login as a chat operator using WinApp.  To fix the issue, open IE (Internet Explorer) browser and then clear the browser cookie:

 

IE browser

Settings -> Internet Options -> General -> Browser history -> Delete... -> check the "Cookies and website data" -> Delete

 

Re-launch WinApp and see if the issue is resolved.
