Undefined variable: VALS

To correct this error, here is what you will want to do:

* assuming that your PHP Live! system was installed at the directory phplive/

  1. Open the file phplive/web/vals.php for edit (if the file does not exist, create the file).
  2. Place the following line of code in the vals.php file:

    <?php $VALS = Array() ; $VALS['CHAT_SPAM_IPS'] = '' ; $VALS['TRAFFIC_EXCLUDE_IPS'] = '' ; $VALS['EXCLUDE'] = '' ; $VALS['OFFLINE'] = '' ; ?>

  3. Save the file.
  4. Access your PHP Live! system to see if the error has been corrected.

NOTE: If the vals.php file did not exist and you had to create it, be sure to set the file permissions.
