Before an operator is able to go online and begin accepting chat requests, the setup admin will need to assign the operator to a department. To assign an operator to a department, here is what you'll want to do:
- Login to your PHP Live! setup area
- Click the top menu "Operators"
- On the "Operators" page, click the sub menu "Assign Operator to Department"
- Assign the operator to the department(s) by checking the operator and checking the department(s) you wish to assign the operator to
- Save and done!
