Display an opt-in feature on the chat request window to gather email address of opted-in visitors.
- Display an opt-in message on the chat request window.
- Set the opt-in response to be required or optional.
- The opt-in message is also displayed when the department is offline.
- Store the opt-in data (response value and email address) to the system.
- View and download the data to a CSV file (REST API is also available)
