PHP Live! provides an API to display the online/offline status for all departments or for a specific department.  The online/offline API will output a 1 (online) or 0 (offline) and with this information a custom action could be coded on your website.

To access the online/offline API, you'll want to:

1. Login to the PHP Live! setup area.
2. Click the top "Extras" menu.
3. From here, there is an online/offline HTTP URL API that outputs the status value.
