The PHP Live! system has few different login areas that you'll want to make note.

For example, if your PHP Live! URL is www.YourSite.com/phplive

Operator login URL would be: http://www.YourSite.com/phplive

If an operator has forgotten their password, you'll want to login as the setup administrator to create a new password for the operator.

Setup administrator login URL would be (manage departments, operators, etc): http://www.YourSite.com/phplive/setup

If you have forgotten the setup area password, refer to the setup password reset documentation.

The URL to provide for the Windows WinApp would be: http://www.YourSite.com/phplive/winapp.php
