Is the Download solution a complete standalone system with all data on my server?

The entire software and all data will be stored on your company server for the Download solution. Once installed, your PHP Live! system will run locally with zero reliance on third-party communication to function. It is a standalone live chat system.  For the Download solution, the server must already have PHP 4.3+ and MySQL 4.1+ currently installed.
